Late Policy
Please be aware that here at A Dog's Delight, appointments are scheduled at various intervals throughout the day. If you are running more than 30 minutes late to drop off your dog for any reason, your dog's appointment will need to be rescheduled for another day and time out of courtesy for those who are scheduled for the next time slot after you.
Also, please be aware that once your dog is finished being groomed, your dog is expected to be picked up in a 'timely manner'. A Dog's Delight does not have the proper facility to hold dogs for an extended period of time after grooming is completed and since we only book single dogs at a time, your dog needs to be picked up before the next arrives. We appreciate your consideration of our time.
